We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive end-to-end solution delivery for a large-scale, data-driven enterprise initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning technical design across multiple systems, working closely with architects and stakeholders, and ensuring complex integrations are delivered successfully from concept through execution.
This is not a coding-heavy role — it’s focused on technical leadership, integration strategy, API-driven architecture, and cross-functional execution.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead technical design discussions across multiple application and platform teams
• Translate solution architecture into executable delivery plans
• Drive end-to-end integration across APIs, ingestion platforms, cloud/data systems, and downstream applications
• Identify and resolve gaps in technical implementation throughout the SDLC
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align on requirements and execution strategy
• Define resiliency, failure-handling, and batch recovery approaches for enterprise-scale processing
• Support SIT/UAT issue resolution and ensure remediation is implemented across systems
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise integration initiatives
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems
• Experience with batch processing, data ingestion, ETL/data pipelines, or event-driven architectures
• Ability to review and validate solution architecture diagrams and technical flows
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working across multiple internal engineering and platform teams
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JWT/OAuth, Postman/Swagger, and enterprise integration best practices
Nice to have:
• Banking or financial services experience
• Exposure to cloud/data platforms
• Experience supporting model-driven or decisioning platforms
