The Select Group is looking for a Security Project Manager to support and audit hardware, systems, applications, and environments for our client’s business units. We are looking for a team member to focus on and support security audit to prepare, audit and ensure success.
You will use your strong security background, experience, leadership and collaboration skills to drive initiatives to the definition of done and repeatable steady state. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of technical security acumen, product, and program management experience, and be data driven. You should be passionate about technology and security and be able to collaborate cross-functionally to understand different points of view, and to influence and drive to the right solutions.
- Has a passion for project leadership and prior security expertise related to governance and compliance. You have the ability to translate technical challenges into security requirements.
- Bridge project stakeholders understanding of project goals and details ranging from business to technical. Strong ability to take high level goals to tactical work items.
- Own project communication and management for scope, schedule, dependencies, action items, budget, etc. Craft and delivery effective messaging.
- Collaborates across organizational boundaries, to drive the right business outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in technical and/or cybersecurity program management.
- Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the business need for security improvements.
- Prior security, governance, and compliance work a strong plus.
- MS-Excel expertise for KPI and reporting.
- Expertise in MS-PowerPoint for Executive reporting.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Agile principles.
- Knowledge of cloud migration security challenges.
- Knowledge of cloud security, security compliance frameworks, security tools adoption a plus.
- Manufacturing hardware/software product knowledge.
- PMP certification.

We are looking for motivated and energetic DevOps Engineers to join our growing team in Plano, TX. You will play a key role in supporting our existing infrastructure and will help drive critical migration and automation initiatives in the near future.
Must Have Skills: 3-5 Years of experience
- Ansible: Ability to build playbooks from scratch for automation.
- Kubernetes: Hands-on experience managing workloads (no need to build clusters), troubleshooting pods, scaling, etc.
- Grafana & Prometheus: Used for observability and performance monitoring of VMs.
- Linux: Strong foundational knowledge, system administration, and command-line proficiency.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Rancher (for Kubernetes management).
- LPIC (Linux Professional Institute Certification) or similar
Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science or similar degree
Day to day responsibilities:
- Develop Ansible playbooks from scratch to automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure configurations.
- Work with Kubernetes clusters to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as pod crashes and scaling inefficiencies.
- Monitor virtual machine health and performance using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Support ongoing Linux system administration tasks; maintain high availability and performance of systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational readiness, migration efforts, and DevOps best practices.

Desktop Support Technician Must Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a technical desktop support role

The Select Group's client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its Strategy & Insights team. As the business continues to grow, there is an increasing need for dedicated Salesforce support across key sales enablement platforms. This role will play a critical part in stabilizing the Salesforce environment, enhancing tool efficiency, and supporting planned enhancements aligned with SMB growth initiatives.
The Strategy & Insights team supports internal sales teams and channel partners by ensuring their CRM and sales tools are optimized, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for daily system operations, supporting integrated tools such as Gong, Distribution Engine, and RingCentral, and contributing to platform improvement efforts.

This person will provide additional support for several new Emerging Tech-related products that they collect data on. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, BI/Data Analysis, and Data Visualization experience. This position is hybrid four days per week onsite in Greenwood Village with one day remote.
DATA DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

- Reporting on latency performance and quality of experience for some of the Emerging Tech's newer products/projects.
- Creating observability around a new Content Delivery Network (CDN) using data - this is a services application related to the edge network
- Effectively communicate findings and insights that they draw from the data to relevant stakeholders / requestors
- Responsible for building, managing, and deploying custom analyses and writing new codes to support recurring reports via data extraction, monitoring, documentation, reporting, visualization, dashboarding, analytics, and communicating those insights.

Project Manager Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within enterprise-scale B2C environments
- Demonstrated success delivering projects involving:
- Cloud-native platforms
- Channel enablement systems (e.g., dealer portals, customer onboarding)
- Process re-engineering and stakeholder alignment
- Strong understanding of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Proven experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders — technical, operational, and sales-facing teams
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery milestones and clear reporting
- Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
- Knowledge of GCP ( preferred)/AWS/ Azure , Cloud SQL, CI/CD (at the project oversight level)
