The Select Group is partnering with an enterprise information technology company to find a skilled and customer-oriented mid-level Desktop Support Technician. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with executive level stake holders and advance your troubleshooting skills in a diverse hardware and software environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, and skilled support technician with the ability to prioritize ticket resolution and communicate effectively with customers.
Desktop Support Technician Must Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a technical desktop support role
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows environment
- Additional MacOS experience is a plus
- Experience installing and removing hardware and software
- Ability to prioritize ticket resolution and communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide onsite support M-F during the hours of 8am-5pm
Desktop Support Technician Day to Day Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 desktop support
- Workstation setups for both Windows and macOS deployments
- Respond and resolve incidents and requests through ticketing system
- Hardware troubleshooting including – printers/copiers/MFPs/A/V technology
- Application troubleshooting and escalations
- Mobile and tablet troubleshooting support

The Select Group's client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its Strategy & Insights team. As the business continues to grow, there is an increasing need for dedicated Salesforce support across key sales enablement platforms. This role will play a critical part in stabilizing the Salesforce environment, enhancing tool efficiency, and supporting planned enhancements aligned with SMB growth initiatives.
The Strategy & Insights team supports internal sales teams and channel partners by ensuring their CRM and sales tools are optimized, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for daily system operations, supporting integrated tools such as Gong, Distribution Engine, and RingCentral, and contributing to platform improvement efforts.
Must Have Skills

3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B or sales ops environment

This person will provide additional support for several new Emerging Tech-related products that they collect data on. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, BI/Data Analysis, and Data Visualization experience. This position is hybrid four days per week onsite in Greenwood Village with one day remote.
DATA DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

DATA DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting and Analytics on several different projects this team is supporting for the Emerging Technology department.
- Performing ad-hoc requests, creating data visualizations/reports/dashboards, analyzing data using SQL to support several new projects all related to the Emerging Technology departments products/projects/proof of concepts.
- Reporting on latency performance and quality of experience for some of the Emerging Tech's newer products/projects.
- Creating observability around a new Content Delivery Network (CDN) using data - this is a services application related to the edge network
- Effectively communicate findings and insights that they draw from the data to relevant stakeholders / requestors
- Responsible for building, managing, and deploying custom analyses and writing new codes to support recurring reports via data extraction, monitoring, documentation, reporting, visualization, dashboarding, analytics, and communicating those insights.
- Reporting & dashboarding on very high-volume data.

Project Manager Requirements
