As a member of this team you will be supporting our clients nationwide ORAN 5G network and their Private Cloud. The team is preparing for an on-prem (virtualized environment) to cloud migration. To support this migration, we are bringing on DevOps engineers with strong Kubernetes and automation experience.
The migration project is starting in Feb 2025, so between now and then, the team will be ramping up and training on any needed skillsets.
This is a support team with potential to grow into dedicated Kubernetes, Cloud, and Data Engineering teams within the Wireless Cloud organization.
- As part of a Wireless platform team, you will be supporting multiple critical applications by responding to high volume incidences and providing resolutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets.
- This team supports 4 teams - Private Cloud, CaaS (Container as a Service), Data Ops and Systems Operations (Shared Services) - the two focal points for this team are Linux and Kubernetes. Horizontal movement for technical expertise expansion is an option! Also room for growth into a Escalation point, Lead etc. is always top of mind for this team.

Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of professional experience, ideally within an enterprise environment supporting high volumes of tickets and incidences.
- Must have experience as an engineer resolving T1, T2, and T3 tickets
- Platform Support specifically within Linux is primary focus
- Scripting knowledge is helpful: Shell Scripting, Python Scripting, PowerShell Scripting
- Tracking tickets within JIRA and updating completion/documentation as needed

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux engineering, Kubernetes management, and automation through scripting. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and promptly addressing priority tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Linux Server Administration:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Linux servers to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues effectively.
- Kubernetes Management:
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal resource allocation and load balancing.

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to help enhance and scale an internal tool used for development planning and execution. Initially developed as a smaller project, the tool has gained significant traction and is now being expanded to support a larger, enterprise-wide user base. The role involves working on both new feature development (70%) and maintaining existing functionality (30%) to ensure the tool is scalable, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Users to enhance the tool’s functionality and scalability.

Project Details:
As the Network Migration Engineer, you will be responsible completing daily migrations of network equipment from an older version to a newer version. You will work out of a routing hub, coordinate with network technicians on the ground, perform the migration and complete the handoff back to the production environment.
Skills:
- 5+ Years experience as a Network Engineer
- Primarily in Nokia gear, and some Ciena.
- Experience with MLS Routers (91As or 7750s)
