We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our migration project team. This systems engineer will leverage Linux expertise, network engineering skills, and automation through Ansible to support our client moving from Vmware to Wind River.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Linux engineering experience
- Strong communication - able to communicate technical concepts across other network engineering teams
- Strong network engineering foundation - OSI, Routing and switching, etc
- Hands on experience writing scripts with Python and Ansible playbooks
Nice to Have Skills:
- SolarWinds experience for network and system monitoring
- Infoblox experience for DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management
- Migration experience

This role will manage the financial, contractual, and business aspects of high-stakes construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the data center or mission-critical sector along with strong cost controls and schedule management skills, hands-on experience in procurement, contract negotiations, and change management.
Commercial Project Coordinator Requirements:
- 6–12 years of construction project management experience, ideally within the development or construction phase of mission-critical projects (Data Center, Power Plant, Emergency Response etc.)
- Hands-on experience in: Procurement, Risk management, Change management, Contract management and negotiations, Schedule and cost management
- Experience with tools such as QuickBase, Accord, Siteline, or similar.
- Proven ability to track project schedules and deliverables
- Oversee budgets to ensure projects align with capital expenditure and schedule timelines.
- Manage cost control processes, including budget forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting agendas, and approvals with contractors, general contractors (GCs), and subcontractors.
- Support site acquisition processes, including final bids, negotiations, and pre-build infrastructure coordination.
- Assess subcontractor capabilities, process change orders, and create RFIs.

The Select Group is currently hiring for an AI Analyst to join as a resource for one of our clients within the Telecommunications industry that will be sitting hybrid sitting in Charlotte, NC. This Analyst will be joining the team that supports Products for this clients Call-Center Technologie, the focus is to review the current RPA application and identify where AI can be implemented to streamline processes and make the experience efficient for customers. Ideally this Analyst will have experience with a variety of Robotic Process Automation platforms (UiPath used on this team) and experienced implementing newer tools under the AI umbrella that can implement with UiPath. AI ANALYST (BPA/AI) REQUIREMENETS:
- Ideally possess 5+ years of professional experience working as a techno-functional Analyst throughout their career while possessing recent experience implementing AI tools into a call-center/contact-center environment
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) - primarily seen within a customer service/call-center environment
- Must have either hands on experience of functional experience supporting/implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools including but not limited to: UiPath, Blue Prism, IBM RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.

AI ANALYST (RPA/AI) RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations to understand where efficiencies can be implemented to create improvements to the overall customer experience
- Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve RPA systems specifically by implementing the right AI tool/technology that will fill the gaps that are currently missing
- Review current manual processes, identify what can be automated using AI tools, and support teams to implement automated processes from a technical perspective by driving timelines throughout the produce lifecycle

Job Overview
A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Component Planner to join its procurement team. The Component Planner will be responsible for generating and managing the weekly forecast for the refurb component supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement planning worldwide. This role involves analyzing large datasets, identifying potential shortages, and communicating the impact on the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a weekly refurb supply plan to meet global customer demand and team targets.
- Analyze actuals and forecasts to optimize procurement strategies.
- Coordinate weekly cadence calls with global stakeholders to review supply and demand planning.
- Identify and communicate potential component shortages and supply chain impacts.
- Publish and reconcile weekly supply plans, addressing changes and gaps proactively.
- Partner with APAC and EMEA operations teams to ensure sufficient capacity and materials to meet quarterly targets.
- Work closely with warehouses and business teams to resolve issues and implement application enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience analyzing large datasets and conducting ad hoc analysis.

- Advanced Excel and Tableau skills (must have experience creating Tableau dashboards).

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale project aimed at identifying and discontinuing unnecessary colocation expenses. Millions of dollars in stranded cross-connects and colocation sites continue to be invoiced despite account closures. The project requires data reconciliation across multiple systems to determine active and inactive sites, initiate disconnect orders, and track cost savings. This is a fully remote, 2 month long contract.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL and database querying (preferred).
- Knowledge of database and invoice management (experience with Razor Flow is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial tracking, savings analysis, or operational efficiency reporting, preferably in a telecommunications environment.
