EPIC WILLOW SPECIALTY PHARMACY ANALYST | REMOTE (EST)
The Select Group is seeking an Epic Willow Specialty Pharmacy Analyst to support specialty pharmacy initiatives and Compass Rose-related implementation efforts at one of our top healthcare partners. This individual will play a key role in supporting Epic Willow workflows, specialty pharmacy operations, and medication-related integrations tied to broader pharmacy transformation initiatives. This person will assist with implementation activities, assessments, workflow optimization, testing, and cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Daily Responsibilities
- Support Epic Willow Specialty Pharmacy implementation and optimization activities
- Coordinate in Compass Rose-related implementation efforts and pharmacy workflow discussions
- Assist with First Databank assessment activities and related analysis
- Support specialty pharmacy workflows, integrations, and operational processes
- Collaborate with pharmacy, Epic, application, and operational teams
- Execute testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities
- Document workflows, build decisions, and implementation updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive system optimization and workflow improvement initiatives
- Participate in meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Willow certification
- Strong hands-on Epic Willow experience
- Experience supporting specialty pharmacy workflows and operations
- Specialty pharmacy implementation experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience with First Databank assessments or related pharmacy data/workflows
- Experience supporting Epic implementations or optimization initiatives
- Strong understanding of pharmacy application workflows and integrations
- Experience working in complex or large-scale healthcare environments
- Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
Nice to have Qualifications
- PharmD or pharmacy background
- Experience with Compass Rose initiatives or implementations
- Experience within large health systems or academic medical centers
- Experience supporting specialty pharmacy growth or transformation initiatives
- Operational pharmacy experience (retail, ambulatory, or specialty pharmacy)
