  • Coordinate supplier readiness, material availability, manufacturing capacity, and operational readiness to support successful product launches.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to drive alignment across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Manage new product transitions from development into manufacturing while ensuring supply chain readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive issue resolution across engineering changes, material constraints, supplier performance, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Support product commercialization activities including production planning, qualification builds, pilot builds, and production ramp.
  • Utilize data to monitor program health, identify risks, and support executive-level reporting and decision making.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure successful execution of NPI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Program Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a related function within a hardware manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Strong understanding of hardware product development lifecycles and product commercialization.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent NPI programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, influence cross-functional teams, and drive programs to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting complex hardware products such as networking equipment, electronics, semiconductor, optical, server, storage, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of supplier management, procurement, commodity management, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience supporting global contract manufacturers and supplier ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and program execution.
  • Experience working within large enterprise organizations managing global product launches.
