Operations Analyst III

OPERATIONS ANALYST III | GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO
The Select Group is seeking an Operations Analyst III with a strong reporting focus to support a high-volume operational environment. This role will primarily assist with reporting, process documentation, and analysis related to inventory, budgets, SOWs, ISP tickets, and SLAs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced setting.
 
What You'll Bring: 

• Advanced Excel skills (heavy reporting environment)
• Experience working with JIRA or similar tools
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Experience documenting processes and workflows
• Self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset
• Strong communication skills; must be comfortable working closely with leadership and asking questions

• Background in finance or financial reporting
• Experience identifying cost savings opportunities

• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports across multiple data sources
• Extract and analyze data from JIRA and other systems
• Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports
• Track and report on inventory, budgets, and operational metrics
• Document processes and workflows (especially SOW-related processes)
• Publish and maintain documentation on internal platforms (e.g., Chalk)
• Conduct research and take initiative on process improvements
• Work closely with the hiring manager to gather requirements and clarify needs
• Collaborate with team members (including Simon and Mike) for onboarding and knowledge transfer

• Support and training will be provided by team members
