Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Remote (PST hours required)
Overview
The Select Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support a large-scale consumer hardware supply chain and reverse logistics initiative for an enterprise environment. This role will focus heavily on material planning, inventory management, forecasting, and BI/reporting support to improve operational visibility and planning accuracy across the supply chain organization.
This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with sourcing, planning, finance, procurement, and S&OP teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working in SAP environments, and experienced with reporting and planning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Support material planning activities including inventory management, supply planning, forecasting, inventory projections, and buffer alignment
- Create and manage purchase orders and delivery orders while supporting procurement troubleshooting activities
- Execute planning and supply chain transactions within SAP
- Analyze inventory and supply data to identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Build, maintain, and improve BI reporting and planning analytics to increase supply chain visibility and reporting accuracy
- Monitor planning systems and reporting tools, identify root causes of issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, finance, procurement, and S&OP stakeholders
- Support adoption, training, and continuous improvement efforts for new planning tools and reporting capabilities
- Track BI/reporting performance and support implementation of enhancements and new developments
- Participate in planning meetings and proactively drive follow-up actions to support operational goals
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, material planning, inventory planning, procurement, or related functions
- Hands-on experience with material planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply planning
- Experience working within SAP environments (planning, procurement, inventory, or supply chain modules)
- Strong reporting and analytics experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar BI platforms
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience supporting reverse supply chain or consumer hardware environments
- Experience with procurement operations and PO management
- Knowledge of S&OP processes
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Fully remote role; candidates must be comfortable working PST hours
