Customer Delivery Engineer

TSG is seeking a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader to support critical government network modernization initiatives. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping design, deliver, and optimize secure, high-performance network solutions that support mission-critical operations.

This is an opportunity to work directly with government customers, leading complex networking engagements and advancing innovative solutions across SD-WAN, routing, security, and tactical edge computing.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Secret security clearance.
• 4+ years of networking experience, including SD-WAN, routing/switching, and security.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale network infrastructures.
• CCNP certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer relationship, and technical communication skills.

Bonus Experience

• Experience with Cisco SD-Routing and dynamic multi-transport optimization.
• Knowledge of Cisco Unified Edge, virtualization, and tactical computing environments.
• Experience developing High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Acceptance Test Plans (ATP).
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or other government network environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer delivery engagements and provide technical escalation support for complex networking solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize secure enterprise network architectures.
• Develop technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and ATPs.
• Validate SD-Routing capabilities, including automated failover, traffic steering, and network performance optimization.
• Support Cisco Unified Edge solutions, including virtualization, tactical compute, and network consolidation.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, and partners to deliver mission-critical technology solutions.
