EPIC PROJECT MANAGER | REMOTE (EST)
The Select Group is seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise-wide Epic initiatives for a large health system. This highly visible role will lead and coordinate projects spanning clinical, operational, and technical teams while driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
The Project Manager will work across multiple concurrent initiatives including Epic optimization efforts, new location implementations, operational improvements, and adoption of emerging Epic technologies. Success in this role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to quickly engage in new project areas while maintaining project momentum and delivery excellence. This is an enterprise-facing position supporting a dynamic portfolio of work where priorities may shift based on organizational needs and strategic initiatives.
EPIC PM RESPONSIBILITIES
Program & Project Execution
- Lead and manage enterprise Epic initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
- Support optimization projects, new facility/location implementations, and strategic Epic enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
- Track and report measurable outcomes and value realization metrics.
- Partner closely with Epic application teams, operational leaders, and technical resources.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and decision-making sessions.
- Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
- Coordinate resources and priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Quickly assess project needs and establish direction within new functional areas.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying levels of complexity.
- Identify and remove project roadblocks to maintain execution momentum.
- Apply strong project management methodologies and best practices.

EPIC PM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting Epic initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Epic implementation, optimization, and enhancement projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholder groups.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and project environments.
- Previous experience leading Epic implementation or optimization projects.
- Experience supporting Epic Revenue Cycle initiatives or operations.
- PMP certification.
- Experience within large integrated healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with Epic application workflows and governance structures.

The Select Group is seeking a talented LIMS Administrator to join one our healthcare sector. This role is tied to a major LIMS migration project, supporting the transition from a legacy LabVantage platform to ModuleBio. You will play a key role in the migration of biobanking systems and associated data, partnering closely with the current LIMS Administrator and cross-functional project teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting or leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, or migrations, along with a strong understanding of data structures, SQL querying, testing, and data quality processes. This individual will help drive project coordination, support technical analysis, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
LIMS ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the migration of laboratory and biobanking data from LabVantage to ModuleBio LIMS
• Partner with the current LIMS Administrator and project team to execute migration activities and project milestones
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders
• Analyze source and target data structures to support data mapping, validation, and migration efforts
• Develop and execute SQL queries to support data analysis, reconciliation, and migration testing
• Support QA activities, including system testing, data validation, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues to ensure data integrity throughout the transition
• Collaborate with IT, laboratory operations, research, and vendor teams to support a successful implementation
LIMS ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS
• Experience working with LIMS platforms (LabVantage, ModuleBio, or similar)
• Strong SQL and data querying experience
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or migration projects
• Understanding of data validation, testing, and QA processes
• Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across technical and business teams

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Research & Targeting
- Conduct detailed research on technology organizations, emerging initiatives, and executive decision-makers.

The Select Group is seeking an experienced RAN Engineer to join a national Wireless Network Performance team. You’ll play a key role in optimizing 4G/5G networks, supporting major performance initiatives, and enabling next-generation technologies such as Open RAN.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecom, Computer, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in RAN performance engineering or optimization within a telecom operator or vendor environment.
• Strong expertise across 4G and 5G RAN performance, including NSA/SA, VoLTE, VoNR, mobility, signaling analysis, parameter audits, traffic balancing, and SON features.
• Hands-on experience with Samsung RAN equipment: parameters, features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Proficiency with OSS and call-trace tools such as Netscout, ActixOne, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of network KPIs, troubleshooting flows, and end-to-end service behavior.
Bonus Experience

The Select Group is seeking Associate System Controllers to monitor and control transmission and substation facilities to provide a safe, economic, and secure operation of the Houston Electric electrical power system in normal and emergency conditions. Successful candidates will receive a NERC certification upon completion of training and testing. This role is fully on site in Houston, TX and operates on a rotating schedule that includes Day, Night, Weekday and Weekend work.
Associate System Controller Requirements:
- Basic electrical / operational background preferred
- Field/Line Work (Substation, transmission, construction, etc.)
- Must be willing and able to work a Dupont Schedule (shift work, days, nights, etc.)
- Required to take and pass a pre-qualification SO/PD exam utilized to identify learning capabilities

The Selects Group is seeking a Transmission Line Engineer to support transmission planning, design, and cost-estimating activities for utility infrastructure projects. This role will work closely with internal engineering teams, transmission planning groups, and external stakeholders to develop transmission line designs, perform engineering calculations, and prepare project estimates used for budgeting, regulatory approvals, and system planning.
Transmission Line Engineer Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- 4+ years of transmission line design experience
- Hands-on experience with PLS-CADD
- Experience performing engineering calculations and transmission line design analysis
- Strong understanding of utility transmission systems and engineering principles
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and codes, including NESC, ASCE, AEIC, and IEEE
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external engineering teams

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Participate in field visits, inspections, and project reviews as needed
