Job Overview
A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Component Planner to join its procurement team. The Component Planner will be responsible for generating and managing the weekly forecast for the refurb component supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement planning worldwide. This role involves analyzing large datasets, identifying potential shortages, and communicating the impact on the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a weekly refurb supply plan to meet global customer demand and team targets.
- Analyze actuals and forecasts to optimize procurement strategies.
- Coordinate weekly cadence calls with global stakeholders to review supply and demand planning.
- Identify and communicate potential component shortages and supply chain impacts.
- Publish and reconcile weekly supply plans, addressing changes and gaps proactively.
- Partner with APAC and EMEA operations teams to ensure sufficient capacity and materials to meet quarterly targets.
- Work closely with warehouses and business teams to resolve issues and implement application enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience analyzing large datasets and conducting ad hoc analysis.
- Strong understanding of reverse supply chain operations.
- Ability to merge data from multiple sources to drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Advanced Excel and Tableau skills (must have experience creating Tableau dashboards).
- Experience extracting data from Snowflake or a similar database.
- MacOS experience
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience writing SQL queries for Snowflake or other databases (pre-written queries exist, but prior experience is a plus).
- Experience with SAP PD2.
- Prior knowledge of Refurb Supply Chain operations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience, OR
- Advanced degree with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Industrial Engineering degree is a plus.

The Select Group is seeking a professional and outgoing Project Coordinator to support high-volume, business-facing project efforts across multiple departments for one of our top clients in the Insurance space. The ideal candidate is polished in communication, highly organized, and experienced managing multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting. This person will partner across internal teams and with external vendors, leveraging strong Excel, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365/Azure (Cloud environment) experience to keep enterprise workstreams on track. This is an onsite role local to Longwood, FL.
PROJECT COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination/Administration
- Coordinating activities for projects that span multiple departments
- Managing complex schedules and keeping cross-functional efforts on track
- Managing multiple projects and meetings simultaneously
- Experience coordinating IT Infrastructure projects (e.g., servers, networks, workstations)

PROJECT CONTROLS SPECIALIST - REMOTE (EST)
The Select Group is hiring a Project Controls Specialist to support a Fortune 5 hyperscaler and technology company. This is a long-term, fully remote engagement operating on EST hours.
This role supports a fast-paced, execution-focused team responsible for the pre-construction development of data center utilities, including due diligence, risk management, utilities agreements, contract negotiation, and budget forecasting. The Project Controls Specialist will oversee the commercial and financial aspects of large-scale infrastructure and construction initiatives, partnering closely with project managers to ensure financial accuracy and successful delivery. The consultant is expected to quickly become a trusted member of the NASA (North and South America) Project Controls team, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Must Have Skills:
- 8 - 12 years of Project Controller experience within the construction industry
- Experience supporting the cost controls of infrastructure, utility, and/or construction projects
- Ideally comes from a large-scale construction GC or utilities company
- Extensive cost controls, budget forecasting, and financial data collection/reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) - a system that integrates the project, schedule, & cost parameters into one
- Schedule Management experience
- Contract management, negotiation, and administration experience
- Procurement processes, due diligence, contract negotiations, submitting change orders, managing purchase orders, submitting RFI's, etc.

- Oversee document management, resource planning, and project reviews through contract closeout.
