The Select Group is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our team onsite in Littleton, CO to support a portfolio of wireless and cloud automation initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, driving effective backlog management within Jira, and enabling engineering teams to prioritize and execute work in complex, fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate brings a balanced approach to team leadership—offering thoughtful guidance while leveraging strong technical acumen to align priorities, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure consistent delivery across distributed teams.


What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing agile projects (software development projects, cloud engineering projects, automation tools and observability projects)
  • Hands-on data analysis and project KPIs build.
  • Hands-on quality control tools and techniques (6 sigma, Kaizen, or Lean)
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements, quickly identify problems, and collaboratively find creative solutions.

Planning Program Manager (Supply Chain Systems Transformation)
Location: Remote (must be within ~50 miles of San Jose, Austin, or RTP)

Overview

This opportunity sits within a centralized operations group supporting a complex silicon/hardware supply chain, with a focus on evolving and stabilizing planning capabilities across demand, supply, and IBP/S&OP.

The environment today is somewhat fragmented across systems, processes, and ownership. The goal of this role is to bring structure, alignment, and long-term direction to the planning function by evaluating the current landscape and driving a more cohesive, scalable approach.

This is less about day-to-day program execution and more about strategic transformation. The team is looking for someone who can step back, assess where things stand, and define and drive an end-to-end roadmap across planning systems, data, and workflows.

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER- ABILENE, TX
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to support large-scale, mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. This role will act as an on-site owner’s representative across multiple active construction sites, ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in heavy civil and/or industrial construction, thrives in fast-paced field environments, and can provide strong oversight, risk identification, and clear communication across stakeholders.
 
What You’ll Bring
  • 12+ years of construction management experience 
  • Strong background in mission-critical, heavy civil, or industrial construction
  • Experience supporting at least two of the following:
    • Data centers (preferred)
    • Heavy industrial
    • Civil infrastructure

  • Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure projects such as:

The Select Group is seeking a Site Commissioning Manager to support  TSG as we continue expanding one of the largest data center footprints in the world.

This individual will play a critical role in the delivery of new data center capacity, partnering closely with construction, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful commissioning of mission critical infrastructure. This is a hands-on site leadership opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and enjoys driving complex projects through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commissioning efforts for assigned data center construction projects from pre-functional testing through final turnover
  • Coordinate closely with construction managers, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive project execution across scope, schedule, quality, and issue resolution
  • Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure systems are commissioned to client standards
  • Support execution of testing activities across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls systems

About the Role
We are seeking a senior-level Portfolio Architect to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) across a complex and evolving eCommerce ecosystem.


This role is critical in transforming fragmented data across multiple systems into a unified, scalable, and governed data architecture. You will play a key role in establishing a single source of truth across three core domains: Customer, Product (SKU/Material), and Vendor.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will act as a technical leader and strategic partner—driving architectural decisions while remaining hands-on in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Data Architecture

  • Define and own the end-to-end MDM architecture across customer, product, and vendor domains
  • Design scalable data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support enterprise-wide data consistency
  • Establish architecture principles, standards, and best practices for master data
 
Data Unification and Modernization
  • Consolidate fragmented data across multiple systems into a trusted, unified data foundation
  • Lead the modernization of customer data, including enabling a 360-degree customer view

Product and Vendor Data Strategy
  • Architect product data solutions across SAP, PIM, and DAM ecosystems

Position Overview
The Select Group is seeking a Group Scrum Master to provide leadership across multiple Agile teams within the Data Foundation & Analytics Program, part of the Asset Integrity Management organization. This individual will lead a team of Scrum Masters while driving Agile consistency, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across product teams focused on data ingestion, data platforms, and analytics solutions.
This role requires a strong Agile leader who can operate at both a team and program level, influence Product Owners, and identify opportunities to improve delivery frameworks and team performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) required
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile environments, including experience as a Scrum Master across multiple teams
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring other Scrum Masters (program-level or group leadership experience preferred)
  • Experience supporting data-focused teams (data platforms, data engineering, analytics, or data ingestion pipelines)
