Project Coordinator (Customer Facing)
TSG is looking for a confident, adaptable Project Coordinator with a strong customer facing presence and excellent verbal communication skills. You’ll lead customer calls for most of your week, manage 20–30 concurrent software or healthcare projects, and act as the primary liaison between customers and internal SMEs.
What You’ll Do

The Select Group is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead the design and implementation of an IT Lab Automation and Asset Management solution. This role will drive execution across multiple systems, including NetBox, Asset Panda, Jira, and Smartsheet, ensuring a scalable and integrated operating model.
This is a hands-on, implementation-focused role requiring strong technical fluency across systems, workflows, integrations, and operational design.
In addition, this role will oversee the design and rollout of a test plan and test case management framework, ensuring it is structured, scalable, and integrated into broader lab operations. The Technical Implementation Manager will govern this workstream while partnering with technical resources responsible for detailed test design and execution.
Technical Implementation Manager Required Experience
- 6–10+ years in:
- Technical Program Management
- Systems Implementation
- Proven experience leading:
- Greenfield (0–1) implementations
- Multi-system integrations
- Experience with:
- Workflow tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Asset, inventory, or CMDB systems

Technical Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end implementation delivery
- Build and manage a detailed implementation plan (phases, tasks, dependencies)
- Define execution structure, cadence, and governance
- Track and manage: Risks ,Dependencies, and Scope changes
- Facilitate weekly execution and decision-making forums
- Ensure delivery alignment with scope, timeline, and business outcomes
Technical & Systems Oversight
- Translate business requirements into technical workflows and system designs
- Partner with implementation engineers to validate architecture decisions and ensure scalable system design
- Oversee and guide: System integrations (APIs, data flows) and Data models (asset lifecycle, reservations, inventory states)
- Ensure alignment across platforms: NetBox , Asset Panda ,Jira, and Smartsheet
- Operationalize asset lifecycle management model, Test-bed strategy and IT fulfillment lifecycle

Test Management & Governance (Secondary Focus)
- Lead design and implementation of a test case and test plan management framework, primarily within Jira

- Oversee creation of a centralized, reusable test case repository
- Establish governance for Test execution cycles and Pass/fail tracking and reporting
- Ensure alignment between Test plans, Lab/test-bed configurations, and Asset availability
- Drive implementation of dashboards and reporting for Test execution, Coverage, and Results
- Evaluate tooling options (native Jira vs. plugins such as Xray or Zephyr)

This individual will play a critical role in the delivery of new data center capacity, partnering closely with construction, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful commissioning of mission critical infrastructure. This is a hands-on site leadership opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and enjoys driving complex projects through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning efforts for assigned data center construction projects from pre-functional testing through final turnover
- Coordinate closely with construction managers, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive project execution across scope, schedule, quality, and issue resolution
- Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure systems are commissioned to client standards
- Support execution of testing activities across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls systems
- Conduct site inspections and monitor commissioning readiness
- Track milestones, risks, open issues, and project progress; provide regular updates to leadership
- Manage third-party commissioning agents and vendor partners
- Participate in owner/architect/contractor meetings and cross-functional project reviews
- Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and standardization efforts across the commissioning program

- 2+ years of experience in data center construction, mission critical facilities, commissioning, industrial construction, or related infrastructure environments

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
