Senior Data Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the modernization of enterprise data systems that manage employees, store, and compensation-related data. You will focus on building a scalable, SOC-compliant architecture in BigQuery to unify logic, streamline pipelines, and deliver high-quality datasets for business units including retail, corporate, dealer, and call center operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical depth, attention to compliance, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Senior Data Engineer Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering with strong relational and dimensional modeling skills
  • 3+ years of experience with BigQuery and GCP tools such as Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills for building and transforming data pipelines
  • Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, or legacy enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with SOC-compliant or regulated data environments
  • Experience with tools like Pulumi/Terraform for managing data pipelines, schemas, and permissions via GitHub
  • Experience with enabling ‘zero-copy' data models, like BQ sharing/Analytics Hub, publishing datasets to consumption layers for internal subscribers
  • Background in financial, compensation, or retail data domains preferred
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams using CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Airflow, Terraform

Senior Data Engineer Responsibilities:

REGIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER – REMOTE (EST)
We are seeking a talented Regional Program Manager to support large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. As the Regional Program Manager (RPM), you will be responsible for a host of duties related to end-to-end infrastructure, utility, & construction delivery of their data center sites. You will lead complex multi-disciplinary projects focused on data center development and utility management. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from master planning to construction readiness, including coordinating with various stakeholders, managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines and costs. This is a remote opportunity that will require occasional travel (once/quarter) and must sit in Eastern Time Zone. 



REGIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER MUST HAVE SKILLS:

    Role Overview
    Our client is seeking a Business/Data Analyst with a strong blend of business acumen and technical data skills to support their Master Data Management (MDM) initiative. This individual will work closely with the client’s Data Product team to establish data rules, protocols, and processes that enable a single customer view across ~70,000 global employer customers.
    The role requires someone who can bridge business understanding with hands-on technical execution, ensuring that existing MDM tools and data cleansing processes are leveraged effectively. This is an execution-focused role (not product ownership), working alongside technical resources and business stakeholders to deliver actionable, high-quality data outputs.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Partner with OUR CLIENT Health’s Data Product team to define and implement data
    rules and governance protocols that support a unified customer view.
    • Work hands-on with data cleansing, standardization, and matching processes using OUR
    CLIENT’s existing MDM tools.
    • Execute data analysis and transformation tasks in BigQuery, Oracle, and SQL
    environments.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to validate outputs and ensure consistency with
    business objectives.
    • Manage and interpret outputs from existing MDM platforms (TBS) and prepare them for
    business consumption.
    • Engage confidently with stakeholders across technical and business teams, providing
    clear insights and status updates.
    • Support interim MDM initiatives ahead of full MDM rollout, creating a parallel data
    abstraction layer to accelerate delivery.


    Required Skills & Experience
    • Strong data analysis and business analysis background with proven ability to work
    across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Oracle, and SQL (BitQuery exposure is a plus).
    • Demonstrated ability to perform data cleansing, transformation, and standardization.
    • Ability to connect data quality and structure to business outcomes (customer view,
    reporting accuracy, data governance).
