Sr. Salesforce Agentforce Analyst- Durham, NC / Denver, CO / Hoboken, NJ 
The Select Group is seeking a Lead Business Analyst who will serve as the primary business and functional lead for the CSX Agentforce Transformation Program and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams. Traditional Salesforce Service Cloud experience alone is not sufficient; the role requires a strong understanding of how an agentic AI layer operates on top of Service Cloud and how prompts, reasoning engines, knowledge sources, datasets, integrations, and business rules affect accuracy, performance, scalability, adoption, and cost.
 
What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Solution Analysis, Business Architecture, or a related enterprise delivery role.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
    • Understanding of Salesforce routing and assignment rules, service-level agreements, and entitlements.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience or comparable agentic AI implementation experience.
    • Experience with Salesforce knowledge articles, knowledge management, enterprise data grounding, and AI response validation.

Overview
The Select Group is seeking a Software Configuration Management Specialist who combines strong technical, research, and analytical capabilities with the ability to execute quickly and effectively. This individual must be comfortable working alongside highly skilled developers and collaborating with engineering and research teams.

The position requires someone who can operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background spanning multiple engineering disciplines and will work closely with Systems Engineers, Hardware Development Engineers, and Software Development Engineers to establish and support effective software configuration management mechanisms.
This individual will identify gaps, clearly communicate risks, and propose practical solutions. The ideal candidate will offer both broad engineering knowledge and demonstrated hands-on experience managing the configuration of complex software systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, another technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least three years of software configuration management or software configuration control experience
  • Experience working within aerospace regulatory environments
  • Experience managing software configuration processes throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across systems, hardware, software, and research teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

This is an opportunity to bring order to a newly acquired workstream and serve as the operational backbone during a period of transition.

Core Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record (2+ years) in an administrative, executive support, or coordination capacity, with demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous or evolving environments
  • Expertise in data management — accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data flows critical to Longwood site operations

The Select Group is seeking a Senior Project Execution Coordinator to support Data Center projects across a designated region. This role will serve as a key coordinator supporting Strategic Negotiators, Project Managers, Regional Program Managers (RPMs), contract designers, and other stakeholders with project management and administrative activities. Responsibilities will include supporting site development and preconstruction processes such as land acquisition, due diligence, risk management, contract negotiations, utility agreements, and related project workflows. This is a remote, senior-level position focused on managing multiple projects, tracking project activities and milestones, coordinating across teams, and maintaining database-driven workflows rather than field-based construction execution.

Must Have Skills:

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of program best practices and global initiatives while documenting and sharing lessons learned across teams.

  • Draft and submit funding approval requests while reviewing and maintaining budgets against capital expenditure limits and project timelines.
  • Manage external vendor payments, including establishing purchase orders, processing wire payments, handling PO increases, and tracking payment status.
  • Support contractor, general contractor, and subcontractor assessments and approvals, including coordination with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Assist after site selection with final bids, negotiations, zoning-related activities, designer appointments, and coordination of projects through the next stage of development.
