The Select Group is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to support a large telecom client in a highly analytical, hands-on role. This position is focused on deep data investigation and problem solving, working directly with leadership to answer complex operational questions related to network reliability and performance.
 
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ad-hoc analytical environments, can quickly identify symptoms in large datasets, and work backward to determine the underlying drivers. This role is less about building dashboards and more about diagnostic analysis, root cause investigation, and delivering clear answers to executive stakeholders.
 
Sr. Analytics Lead Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, Analytics Lead, or similar role.

We are seeking an experienced Application Systems Engineer with substantial hands-on experience supporting IBM TRIRIGA and the IBM Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF) module. This role provides essential sustainment, system configuration, data validation, workflow support, and end-user assistance for TRIRIGA and MREF environments during the migration of NASA’s MSFC and HQ TRIRIGA instances to the Office of Strategic Infrastructure’s (OSI) MREF module within Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Position Overview 
Pillar Leads will serve as senior program managers reporting to the PMO Director, responsible for day-to-day execution coordination and leadership across assigned Immediate Action pillars at top utility company in Nashville, TN.
Pillar Leads function as the primary operational interface between the PMO and pillar leadership teams. They will manage day-to-day initiative coordination, working group leadership, issue identification and escalation, and execution oversight. This is a hands-on role requiring daily engagement with pillar teams, steering committee visibility, and collaborative problem-solving under compressed timelines. 
Core Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across two assigned Immediate Action pillars, serving as primary interface between PMO and pillar leadership teams 
  • Participate in portfolio baseline assessment (Days 1-21) to identify all initiatives within assigned pillars, document scope, complexity, interdependencies, and resource requirements 
  • Lead daily coordination with pillar leads and project teams on critical issues, dependencies, blockers, and status updates; escalate risks and conflicts to PMO Director
