BUSINESS ANALYST

The Select Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in a critical role within our emerging program. This position will play a key role in supporting data analysis, identifying trends, and reviewing account-level details to uncover process improvements that enhance customer experience. Initially, you will be instrumental in validating data and developing success metrics during the program's launch phase. As the program evolves, you will continue to evaluate its progress, ensuring that we achieve the highest ROI from our target customers and support future phases of proactive customer service. This is a hybrid role in Stamford, CT requiring 4 days a week onsite. Apply today!

Must Have Skills:

• Strong ability to analyze data:
  • Data gathering, normalizing, and analysis (SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)
  • Data visualization (building valuable PPT slides for executive decisions)
• Process flow documentation (Visio, Lucid, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with and presenting to high-level executives
• Understanding of the Cable Industry
• Ambitious mentality and team player mindset

• Data analysis to support strategy decisions – 40%
