PMO Project Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite 3 days per week)
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? A leading global technology company is seeking a talented PMO Project Manager to partner closely with the Chief of Staff, supporting the successful execution of multiple large-scale initiatives.
This role requires a highly organized individual to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they remain on track and meet critical deadlines while providing status updates and presentations to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track Project Deliverables: Ensure all project deliverables are met according to schedule and within budget constraints.
- Manage Project Budgets: Oversee and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Gather Project Status Updates: Collaborate with EPMs running the day-to-day of each project to gather and compile accurate status reports.
- Create Executive Presentations: Develop compelling keynote presentations based on project status updates to present to senior leadership.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various projects, including generative AI initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to provide insights and drive future project decisions.
- Advocate for Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion the use of data to guide project direction and organizational strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience as a PMO Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing multiple, large-scale projects in complex environments.
- Organizational Skills: Hyper-organized with the ability to manage numerous moving parts and embrace a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly when interfacing with executive leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and utilize analytics to inform strategic planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commerce Environment Experience: Background in a commerce environment, particularly involving tools designed for channel sales partners.
- Adaptability: Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
