DIGITAL DATA ANALYTICS ANALYST
The Select Group is currently searching for a Digital Data Analytics Analyst to join one of our clients within the Telecommunications industry that will be local to Atlanta, GA working off a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite and 3 days remote). This Analyst will be working in the Digital Analytics - Sales/Marketing Analytics department and will be responsible for a variety of initiatives focusing on improving customer engagements through customer behavior analytics. Improving customer journeys of sales/marketing campaigns will be done by gathering/ingesting behavioral data in Adobe Analytics and modifying existing, or creating new dashboards that best show insights opportunities within the customer journey. Once the data modified as needed, this Analyst will then utilize visualization tools such as Tableau to report on the teams findings to better make recommendations on next steps for the marketing teams. DIGITAL DATA ANALYTICS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior level professional experience preferably within an enterprise environment working as a Data Analyst (5+ years experience required)
- Proven ability to utilize Data Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics required) to collect digital product data including but not limited to click through rates, drop off rates, purchase history, etc. (Utilizing charts such as Funnels, Retention, Segmentations)
- Experience with creating/defining KPI metrics for detecting anomalies in customer data analytics (North Star Metrics, Exposure Events, (MDE's) Minimal Detectable Effect's, etc.)
- Proficient drafting a variety of different dashboards that create insights on data for business stakeholders to drive business decisions
- Scrum/Kanban/Agile methodology projects familiarity - running off of a standard two week sprint
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry
- Knowledge/Experience with (AWS) Amazon Web Services Cloud Platform
DIGITAL DATA ANALYTICS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with customer experience departments/stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical action items
- Utilize Adobe Analytics as a tool to Analyze digital products performances specifically around sales and marketing campaigns and the success/failures of the target markets engagement with certain campaigns
- Develop key metrics to track to present to the business that will help to drive business decisions
- Join and collaborate in stand-ups meetings, giving insights from a data insight perspective
- Create and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics and share with stakeholders as needed
- Create visualizations and in depth reports in Tableau to present to different teams that are using data to drive business initiatives
