Sr Ecommerce Product Manager

We are looking for a Sr Product Manager with experience working on end to end eCommerce customer experiences for our Fortune 100 client that creates some of the worlds most popular smart phones. This product team manages all payments and affordability programs for their Online Retail Store

• Creating experiences – i.e. trade in, monthly payments, finance product, pay in full, sign up for specific program, gift card experience – purchase gift cards from the online store
• This product manager will be supporting the affordability programs roadmap (that is already created for the most part) – they will be working on enhancements to the roadmap and expanding the product globally geographically.

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager at an enterprise level organization
• Strong experience writing PRD’s and BRD’s
  • documenting customer experience, requirements, user journey, requirements for carrier.
• Experience with customer facing eCommerce products and capabilities (highly preferred)
  • Important that the candidate has a good sense of user interface, customer experience, and attention to detail that goes into a great customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to present to leadership.
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • i.e., Engineering, Design, Copywriting, Carrier (Client), Legal, Merchandising, Privacy, SEO, Accessibility.
  • Should be able to align with team members and move in the same direction for strategy.
• Analytical mindset, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.  
  • The ability to assess pros, cons, and various approaches.
  • There are typically numerous ways that you can solve a problem – looking for someone who can assess the options, and determine what is best for the customer, and Apple.

• Experience working with Mobile Carriers (i.e., AT&T, Verizon, Samsung, etc).
• Keynote experience
• Experience supporting Products that have a focus on front end design.
• Experience with 3^rd party financing projects (ex. working external Fintech partners)
• Project management experience – will not have project manager counter part so needs to be able to run with all PM responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (also open to relevant experience in lieu of a degree)

• Generating requirements – writing and communicating them to cross functional teams (i.e., Engineering, Design, Copywriting, Carrier (Client), Legal, Merchandising, Privacy, SEO, Accessibility
• Working specifically with Design and Engineering to solicit feedback.
• Test work as needed.
• Providing updates to various teams to ensure they are clear on new launches.
• Assess risks.
