PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR | HYBRID (LONGWOOD, FL)
The Select Group is looking for a talented Procurement Coordinator to join one of our top partners. This person will be trained fully onsite in Longwood, FL, before moving to a hybrid capacity. They will be responsible for purchasing IT equipment, inventory management, and providing close attention-to-detail.

PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience purchasing IT equipment for a company
    • Experience working with contracts and invoicing
    • Ordering equipment based off various needs: low inventory in IT asset management office via ticket, request, etc.
  • Experience with inventory management
    • Tracking IT assets that are ordered, out for delivery, delivered, in offices, or in storage
    • Managing equipment levels through asset tracking and ordering replacements as needed
  • Microsoft Office expertise (i.e., Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention-to-detail

PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Owns the Inventory counts for ALL ITAM devices procured as a part of Onboarding, Break-fix and Workstation Migrations.
    • Owns the tracking of Available Stock, reorder limits, reorder communication to Sr. Management, Buy-n-Hold order alerts to Sr. Management with early awareness, Tracking of weekly inventory of any item in our standard order list – with communication to Sr. Management if stock levels are dropping for our standard items.
    • Tracks all Standard used devices with Technical Specs so we can know when they are out-of-stock and drives new standard device selection with and Cloud team.
    • Partners with SD/ITAM Technical Leader and Telecommunications lead and IT Leader for device standards, prior to needing a purchase.
  • Owns Ordering and timely shipping/tracking process with any other required provider. Jointly owns all Device Analysis, Selections and Communication to Sr. IT Management, for any standard model which is Out-of-stock, with the ITAM Technical Lead. (Covers Break/Fix, Workstations Migrations, Onboarding, etc.)
  • Does timely ordering for the Workstation Migration Project Coordination.  Works closely with Project Coordinator. Reviews Equipment Recovery tickets with Longwood ITAM Technical Lead, to ensure all devices are recovered by 30-days after “live-not-complete” – otherwise Legacy devices get ISOLATED by Infosec.
  • Maintains Dashboards, Reporting, weekly/monthly metrics, Hardware/device counts for fulfilling each WM need.
  • Partners with Service Desk/ITAM Technical Lead with weekly review of all Inventory details on Standard items to jointly communicate awareness of items moving toward low levels, potentially putting company at risk to IT Leadership.
  • Owns all Equipment Ordering Tickets
  • Follows-up and reports on all timely/untimely shipping items
  • Tracks Ordering Queue for Orders
  • Reviews and helps track Longwood & Ormond Beach inventory
  • Partners with ITAM Technical Lead to determine where to source fulfillment of specific orders
