This individual will manage projects across the full lifecycle, from master planning and preconstruction through construction execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with broader regional development and expansion strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos , sans-serif\">This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple projects at varying stages of maturity while coordinating with internal stakeholders, General Contractors (GCs), utility providers, vendors, and local project teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in large-scale commercial construction, heavy civil, utility infrastructure, or power delivery, preferably within a General Contractor, utility provider, power company, or owner&#8217;s representative environment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos , sans-serif\">The RPM will work closely with local on-site Project Managers who oversee day-to-day operations at individual data center locations, helping establish regional priorities, drive project roadmaps, and ensure consistent execution across the portfolio.
