Our service areas\u2014Cloud &#038; Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data &#038; AI, Digital Transformation, Learning &#038; Development, and Project Management &#038; Agile\u2014are designed to create long-term success by aligning with your business goals and advancing to meet future demands.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:\u202f\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coach a team of Engagement Managers across a portfolio of client projects and services, building their consultative client skills and optimizing team performance and delivery velocity by removing obstacles and facilitating decisions.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Foster a culture of client advocacy, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and services, driving successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Provide visibility into portfolio health by enforcing governance, reporting, financial oversight, dependency management, and risk mitigation protocols.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Build trusted relationships at all levels and drive alignment across commercial, product, technology, and operations teams, influencing decisions through ambiguity and change so delivery supports client outcomes and organizational goals.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Support strategic client engagements and escalations, demonstrating strong leadership presence across a range of stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities through expansion and upselling.\u00a0\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong>Key Qualifications:\u202f\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years delivering large-scale client transformation initiatives in a consulting environment\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>Including at least 3 years of experience directly managing and coaching teams of 6\u201310 delivery professionals.\u00a0\u00a0\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience managing statements of work, change orders, and SLAs for enterprise clients.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Demonstrated ability to coach and develop Engagement Managers into trusted, consultative client advisors.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with authenticity and drive accountability.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Strong analytical and adaptive thinking, with the ability to foster innovation and drive effective solutions internally and with clients.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence, with a track record of earning C-level trust, navigating escalations, and achieving high satisfaction with enterprise clients.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Commercial instinct to identify expansion opportunities through delivery and partner with leadership to grow client relationships.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Operational rigor across portfolio governance, financial oversight, and risk management, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive continuous improvement.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills, including organizational change management and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and champion team adoption of new systems and ways of working.\u00a0\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong>Our Culture:\u00a0 <\/strong><br \/>\nAt TSG, our culture is grounded in taking care of one another.
