This is a hands-on manual testing role responsible for creating test plans, writing and executing test scripts, managing defects, and partnering with Product, Project Management, and Development teams to validate new functionality before release.<\/p>\n<p>This role supports a high volume of short-duration enhancements rather than a few long-term projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and experienced leading manual UAT efforts within large enterprise environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Create and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts from business requirements.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Document, track, and retest defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and validate fixes.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Communicate testing progress, risks, and release readiness.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Manage multiple concurrent testing efforts in a fast-paced environment.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Maintain accurate testing documentation and traceability.<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\"><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">8+ years of experience in Manual QA, Functional Testing, or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Proven experience creating manual test plans and test scripts from business requirements.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Strong experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Experience working in enterprise environments supporting frequent software releases.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Experience testing SAP applications (SAP Commerce, SAP S\/4HANA, or similar).<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Background supporting retail, e-commerce, contact center, or customer service platforms.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Experience working in Agile environments.<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">ISTQB certification is a plus.<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\"><strong>Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\"> We&apos;re looking for someone who has led manual UAT efforts in a high-volume enterprise environment.
