This role will serve as a key coordinator supporting Strategic Negotiators, Project Managers, Regional Program Managers (RPMs), contract designers, and other stakeholders with project management and administrative activities. Responsibilities will include supporting <strong>site development and preconstruction processes<\/strong> such as land acquisition, due diligence, risk management, contract negotiations, utility agreements, and related project workflows. This is a <strong>remote, senior-level position<\/strong> focused on managing multiple projects, tracking project activities and milestones, coordinating across teams, and maintaining database-driven workflows rather than field-based construction execution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of Construction-based Project Coordination, Project Management, or Project Admin experience\n<ul>\n<li>Skills needed:\n<ul>\n<li>Project tracking\n<li>Managing multiple workflows\n<li>Coordinating cross-functional teams\n<li>Documentation management\n\t\t<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Strong Organizational Skills &#038; High-Volume Work Management\n<ul>\n<li>Detail oriented\n<li>Process oriented\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>Contract Management experience\n<ul>\n<li>Procurement processes, due diligence, contract negotiations, change orders\/management, etc.\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills\n<ul>\n<li>Able to coordinate across multiple programs and cross functional teams, present updates, manage reports, etc.\n<li>Proactive mindset\n\t<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background supporting Utility, Pre-construction, or real-estate based Projects\n<li><strong>Data Center leasing experience &#8211; strongly preferred<\/strong>\n<li>Data Center experience\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to land development processes (land acquisition, site development, leasing agreements, easements, negotiations, zoning, permitting, etc.)\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>PMP or relevant construction-based certifications\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Day-to-day responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee program management processes, procedures, and administrative activities supporting regional infrastructure and campus projects.\n<li>Provide day-to-day operational and project support to Strategic Negotiators, Regional Program Managers, project controls teams, and other regional stakeholders.\n<li>Lead the implementation of program best practices and global initiatives while documenting and sharing lessons learned across teams.\n<li>Maintain project plans by tracking site actions, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, meeting minutes, and assigned follow-up items.\n<li>Collect and consolidate project information, generate program reports, and create presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder reviews.\n<li>Prepare, submit, and manage contracts through review, negotiation, approval, and signature, including agreements with designers, contractors, and local jurisdictions.\n<li>Draft and submit funding approval requests while reviewing and maintaining budgets against capital expenditure limits and project timelines.\n<li>Manage external vendor payments, including establishing purchase orders, processing wire payments, handling PO increases, and tracking payment status.\n<li>Support contractor, general contractor, and subcontractor assessments and approvals, including coordination with relevant project stakeholders.\n<li>Assist after site selection with final bids, negotiations, zoning-related activities, designer appointments, and coordination of projects through the next stage of development.\n<\/ul>\n<p>TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
