This role is critical in managing the onboarding experience, administrative processes, HR inquiry resolution, and performance review administration. Our service areas\u2014Cloud &#038; Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data &#038; AI, Digital Transformation, Learning &#038; Development, and Project Management &#038; Agile\u2014are designed to create long-term success by aligning with your business goals and advancing to meet future demands.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Hire Onboarding\u202f\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and consistent transition into the company\u00a0\n<li>Schedule and conduct orientation sessions, coordinating with relevant departments\u00a0\n<li>Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and resources, continuously identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize the process\u00a0\n\t<\/ul>\n<li><strong>New Hire Offer Letters\u202f\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and send offer letters to new hires in a timely, accurate manner\u00a0\n<li>Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure offer details are correct and processed efficiently\u00a0\n<li>Maintain organized records of all signed offer letters and related documentation\u202f\u00a0\n\t<\/ul>\n<li><strong>General People Operations Support\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the full year-end compensation cycle on an annual basis (drafting &#038; sending agreements, recordkeeping, and HRIS updates)\u00a0\n<li>Provide administrative support to the broader HR team\u00a0\u00a0\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact for general HR questions from employees (PTO inquiries, HRIS access troubleshooting, business card ordering, etc.)\u00a0\n<li>Provide accurate and timely information on HR policies and procedures\u00a0\n<li>Assist employees with accessing HR services and resources\u00a0\n<li>Bring an efficiency-minded approach to daily tasks, always looking for ways to simplify, automate, or improve existing processes\u00a0\n\t<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Performance Review Administration\u202f\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and manage the performance review process\u00a0\n<li>Coordinate with managers to ensure timely completion of reviews\u00a0\n<li>Partner with leaders to update or create new performance review templates that align with role changes (promotions, new roles, restructures, etc.), ensuring documentation stays current and relevant\u00a0\n\t<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Administrative Process Optimization\u202f\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and update employee records across all HR systems (UKG, SharePoint, Concur, Leapsome, etc.), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data\u00a0\n<li>Process promotions and other employee change requests (weekly, as needed)\u00a0\n<li>Maintain employee and payroll records by managing personnel updates, bi-weekly payroll changes, PTO tracking, and producer data with the ability to monitor exceptions and collaborate cross-department to ensure data accuracy\u00a0\n<li>Generate reports and provide data as needed (PTO, BI reports, etc.), proactively flagging trends or inefficiencies\u00a0\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and increase turnaround time across People Operations workflows\u00a0\n\t<\/ul>\n<li><strong>HR Shared Email Inbox Management\u202f\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Triage and respond to inquiries in the HR shared email inbox promptly and consistently\u00a0\n<li>Escalate issues to the appropriate team member as necessary\u00a0\n<li>Track and follow up on unresolved inquiries, looking for patterns that indicate opportunities to improve response processes\u00a0\n\t<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<em><u>The base salary for this position is $56,000 plus quarterly bonus eligibility\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:\u00a0 <\/strong><br \/>\nAt TSG, our culture is grounded in taking care of one another.
