If the below sounds like you, apply now!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Brand Advocate Associate Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, product content management, data management or merchandising\n<ul>\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>Experience working with Retail eCommerce Data\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tell a story and make a recommendation\n<li>2+ years of intermediate proficiency with Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Brand Advocate Associate Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>The Brand Advocate will build strong business relationships with suppliers to analyze and improve online key metrics through identifying opportunities and taking action on optimizations needed\n<li>The Brand Advocate will also be responsible for understanding customer behavior, executing strategic plans and participating in presentations with supplier and merchandising partners to gain alignment on planned initiatives\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities that will optimize effectiveness\n<li>Build reports and analyze KPI reporting on product performance, specification fill rates, asset engagement, assortment and competitive gaps\/opportunities\n<li>Create optimization action plans and lead performance presentations for monthly, quarterly and annual results\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nTSG is an equal opportunity employer.
