The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with end users, providing white-glove support, and operating in a fast-paced environment where customer service is just as important as technical ability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Provide onsite desktop support for end users in a corporate environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support user authentication issues including password resets, MFA enrollment, account unlocks, and access requests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Troubleshoot Windows 10\/11 operating system, hardware, software, and connectivity issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support conference room technology and collaboration tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide hands-on support during Microsoft 365 migration and modernization activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist users with post-migration questions, troubleshooting, and adoption support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Document issues, resolutions, and support activities within ticketing systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Escalate advanced infrastructure, networking, or identity-related issues when appropriate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver high-touch support to business users and leadership teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner closely with project managers, engineers, and infrastructure teams during key project milestones<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>3+ years of desktop support, deskside support, or IT support experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong troubleshooting experience in Windows 10\/11 environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience supporting Active Directory user accounts, password resets, permissions, and group memberships<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with MFA, authentication, and account access troubleshooting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations, and related hardware<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong customer service and communication skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work onsite and provide hands-on support to end users<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migration, deployment, or modernization initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Intune or endpoint management platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience supporting executive or VIP users<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working in enterprise corporate environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prior consulting or managed services experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>PowerShell experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Okta or other identity management platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Exposure to device imaging, provisioning, or deployment tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you enjoy working directly with end users, solving technical problems, and supporting modern workplace technologies in a hands-on environment, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:9px\">TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
