This role will primarily assist with reporting, process documentation, and analysis related to inventory, budgets, SOWs, ISP tickets, and SLAs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced setting.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>What You&apos;ll Bring:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Advanced Excel skills (heavy reporting environment)<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Experience working with JIRA or similar tools<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Strong analytical and reporting capabilities<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Experience documenting processes and workflows<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Self-starter with a proactive, \u201cgo-getter\u201d mindset<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Strong communication skills; must be comfortable working closely with leadership and asking questions<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Bonus Experience:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Background in finance or financial reporting<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Experience identifying cost savings opportunities<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">What You&apos;ll Do:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Develop and maintain Excel-based reports across multiple data sources<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Extract and analyze data from JIRA and other systems<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Track and report on inventory, budgets, and operational metrics<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Document processes and workflows (especially SOW-related processes)<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Publish and maintain documentation on internal platforms (e.g., Chalk)<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Conduct research and take initiative on process improvements<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Work closely with the hiring manager to gather requirements and clarify needs<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Collaborate with team members (including Simon and Mike) for onboarding and knowledge transfer<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\"> <strong>Team Environment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Highly collaborative, hands-on environment<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Requires close interaction with the hiring manager<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Candidate must be confident and not easily intimidated<\/span>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">Support and training will be provided by team members<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
