This position requires the ability to read and verify one-line electrical drawings against set standards while working under the guidance of Mid-Level and Senior Processors. The Junior Processor will focus on straightforward applications while building efficiency and deepening technical knowledge of utility interconnection processes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Review and process residential DG interconnection applications daily (building to higher volumes with experience)\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Review one-line electrical drawings to verify basic alignment with set criteria and application data\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Check application completeness and\u00a0identify\u00a0common deficiencies using established checklists\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Communicate standardized feedback to installers\/customers via portal templates\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Work toward\u00a0maintaining\u00a010-day turnaround time for assigned applications\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Escalate complex, unusual, or technically uncertain applications to Mid-Level or Senior Processors\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Document work activities and track common errors under supervision\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Participate in training sessions and weekly team meetings\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Review final-stage application photos for obvious discrepancies with approved specifications\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Follow established procedures for application workflow and customer communication\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Learn escalation processes and quality standards\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Assist\u00a0with basic reporting and data entry tasks as needed\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>1+ years of professional experience in technical review, permitting, customer service, or related field\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to read and understand electrical one-line drawings\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Good computer skills and comfort learning new software systems\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Effective written communication skills for portal-based customer interactions\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Reliable, punctual, and able to work in structured team environment\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Associate&apos;s degree or technical certification in related field\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Previous\u00a0experience in utility, construction, permitting, or solar industry\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Background in electrical systems or residential construction\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with data entry, document review, or application processing\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Customer service background\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency\u00a0in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KEY COMPETENCIES\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Fast learner with ability to absorb specific technical standards and procedures\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Process-oriented approach with commitment to quality and accuracy\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Time management skills to handle multiple applications simultaneously\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Professional communication style for written customer interactions\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance from experienced team members\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Adaptability to feedback and continuous improvement mindset\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Team player willing to support colleagues and share workload\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
