This is a hands-on site leadership opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and enjoys driving complex projects through completion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead commissioning efforts for assigned data center construction projects from pre-functional testing through final turnover\n<li>Coordinate closely with construction managers, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle\n<li>Drive project execution across scope, schedule, quality, and issue resolution\n<li>Oversee QA\/QC processes and ensure systems are commissioned to client standards\n<li>Support execution of testing activities across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls systems\n<li>Conduct site inspections and monitor commissioning readiness\n<li>Track milestones, risks, open issues, and project progress; provide regular updates to leadership\n<li>Manage third-party commissioning agents and vendor partners\n<li>Participate in owner\/architect\/contractor meetings and cross-functional project reviews\n<li>Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and standardization efforts across the commissioning program\n<li>Work independently across multiple project sites within the metro area as needed\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in data center construction, mission critical facilities, commissioning, industrial construction, or related infrastructure environments\n<li>Hands-on experience supporting commissioning, startup, turnover, or closeout activities\n<li>Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a construction environment\n<li>Experience with QA\/QC processes, field inspections, and issue resolution\n<li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation\n<li>Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills\n<li>Comfortable working in active construction environments and fully onsite\n<li>OSHA 30 certification\n<li>NFPA 70E certification\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data center or hyperscale infrastructure experience\n<li>Experience commissioning MEP and controls systems\n<li>PMP or formal project management training\n<li>Prior experience managing third-party commissioning teams\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Phoenix, AZ (Fully Onsite)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 11.0px;\">TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
