The Select Group is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support both operational stability and targeted workflow optimization initiatives across ambulatory services. The role spans Epic Ambulatory support, ServiceNow ticketing, and workflow optimization including prior authorization enablement and early-stage automation initiatives.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Perform build, maintenance, and configuration within Epic
- Troubleshoot Epic Ambulatory workflow and system issues
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to Epic Ambulatory issues
- Provide end-user support for providers, clinic staff, and operational teams
- Prioritize and manage ServiceNow intake to prevent backlog and ensure timely resolution
- Support Epic Ambulatory workflows that enable and streamline prior authorization processes
- Configure and maintain order entry workflows, SmartSets, preference lists, and BPA (BestPractice Advisory) rules
- Support referral workflows and clinical decision support logic tied to authorization requirements
- Ensure alignment between clinical ordering workflows and downstream authorization processes
- Identify workflow inefficiencies impacting provider experience or authorization delays
- Coordinate with revenue cycle teams as needed for end-to-end workflow alignment

Overview
This opportunity sits within a centralized operations group supporting a complex silicon/hardware supply chain, with a focus on evolving and stabilizing planning capabilities across demand, supply, and IBP/S&OP.
The environment today is somewhat fragmented across systems, processes, and ownership. The goal of this role is to bring structure, alignment, and long-term direction to the planning function by evaluating the current landscape and driving a more cohesive, scalable approach.
This is less about day-to-day program execution and more about strategic transformation. The team is looking for someone who can step back, assess where things stand, and define and drive an end-to-end roadmap across planning systems, data, and workflows.
