PROJECT EXECUTION COORDINATOR (PEC) – REMOTE EST COAST
The Select Group is seeking a Bilingual Project Execution Coordinator to support data center development initiatives across Latin America and the United States. This role will serve as a central coordination point for project execution activities across multiple data center campuses, partnering closely with Strategic Negotiators and Contract Designers.
Must Have Skills:

4+ years of Project Coordination, Project Engineering, Project Administration, or Project Management experience, ideally with a background in:

Civil or commercial construction projects
-
Utility based experience supporting projects such as water/waste water treatment, underground utilities/earthwork/excavation/trenching, power generation/substations/transmission development, mission critical or capital projects, Data center, etc.

Bilingual Requirement: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders on a daily basis.

Great communication skills

Able to coordinate across multiple programs and cross functional teams, present updates, manage reports, etc.

Nice to Have Skills:

Exposure to land development processes (land acquisition, site development, leasing agreements, easements, negotiations, zoning, permitting, etc.

Familiarity with power purchase agreements (PPAs) or utility interconnection processes.

Pre-construction experience.

Previous experience supporting LATAM regions. Regional or local knowledge is highly preferred.
Day-to-day responsibilities:

General:

Oversee program management processes and procedures.

Heavily supporting internal Strategic negotiators on day-to-day tasks and projects.

Lead the implementation of best practices and global initiatives.

Track site actions and document meeting minutes.

Generate and manage program reports.

Prepare & submit contracts, coordinating the signature process.

Draft and submit funding approval requests.

Manage payments to external vendors, including setting up Purchase Orders, processing wire payments, and handling PO top-ups.

Maintain data quality with proprietary software tools.

Document and share lessons learned.

Heavy project management administrative tasks:

Collect data & information, take meeting notes, creating action items for team members, put reports together

Review, maintain, & approve budgets to ensure projects are within line of owners capital expenditure as well as schedule timelines

Conduct contractor / GC / subcontractor approvals, involved in the assessment process

Regular meetings and cadences with strategic negotiators, heavily involved in their day2day functions

Supporting and regularly meeting with regional leads & program managers, project controls, etc.

Coordinating schedules, meeting agendas, etc.

Appointing designer for certain projects, signing and negotiation contracts for zoning with particular cities/counties, etc.

Work closely with the strategic or regional program managers of the campus

Though the PEC will not be doing the site acquisition directly, could be assisting with the final bids and negotiations once a site is selected, as well as coordinating projects related to the pre-build infrastructure phases of the data centers

We’re hiring a Supply Planner to join a high-impact global operations team supporting service supply for key product lines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of strategic and tactical supply planning experience, a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, and the ability to plan across multiple time horizons.
You’ll play a key role in aligning supply with business needs, managing vendor performance, and executing against complex seasonal and regional plans.
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite Tues-Thurs)
DURATION: 12+ months, with potential for extensions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly supply plans based on business priorities and forecasted demand
- Own long-term planning (12+ month horizons), ensuring continuity of supply aligned with capacity and market expectations
- Interface with contract manufacturers and regional teams (APAC, EMEA, Americas) to align on build readiness and material flow
- Monitor and adjust safety stock, manage material and production planning, and create vendor-facing supply forecasts (not demand planning)

Key Responsibilities
- Support production control activities in alignment with manufacturing schedules
- Create and update purchase orders in Oracle Cloud or SAP

This role will act as an on-site owner’s representative across multiple active construction sites, ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in heavy civil and/or industrial construction, thrives in fast-paced field environments, and can provide strong oversight, risk identification, and clear communication across stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years of construction management experience

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the on-site Owner’s Representative across 2–3 concurrent data center construction sites
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, safety, and quality
- Ensure alignment with construction plans, sequencing, and timelines
- Provide oversight of General Contractors and subcontractors (non-directive leadership)
- Identify risks, gaps, and execution challenges; escalate with clear recommendations
- Coordinate across field teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders
- Track project progress, schedules, and budgets; support risk mitigation strategies
- Assist with construction lifecycle phases including planning, execution, commissioning, and startup
- Review design documents and contribute to project planning and process improvements
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- On-site presence required 5 days/week across sites within ~90-mile radius
- ~48 hours/week expected (overtime eligible)
