About the Job: Principal Client Executive –  Consumer & Industrials Industry

Location: Atlanta, GA

Remote Office: To be considered for this position, candidates must live within a commutable distance of our client(s) in Atlanta, due to the requirement of frequent onsite meetings in the local region. 


Key Responsibilities:  

Business Development:   

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.  
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progress tracking.  
  • Revenue Goals: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals and other KPIs set by leadership.  

Client Engagement & Activity:  

  • Relationship Management: As part of client engagement, you will build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, prioritizing in-person interactions, and leveraging virtual platforms when needed. You will also travel frequently to client locations to provide hands-on support and represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships and enhance visibility. 
  • Needs Assessment: Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, aligning TSG’s core service areas to meet their needs.  
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate within the firm, ensuring expectations are met and requests are responded to promptly.  
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior client personnel and decision-makers to establish and sustain strong professional relationships.  
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute detailed account plans, outlining strategies for growth and alignment with client business goals.   


Internal Collaboration:  

  • Solutions Development: Partner closely with the technical solutions development team to design and present tailored solutions that address client needs and demonstrate the firm's capabilities.  
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure seamless execution of deliverables, maintaining alignment with client expectations and project timelines.  
  • Sales Support: Work with the sales support team to develop comprehensive proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts that align with business objectives and client requirements.  
  • Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, collateral, and events to support business development efforts and strengthen client engagement.  
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between client-facing teams and internal departments to ensure alignment, efficiency, and a unified approach to achieving client success.  


Key Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of business development and professional selling experience. 
  • 8+ years of experience selling IT Consulting Services or Technology Solutions required. 
  • 8+ years of sales experience within the Consumer & Industrials Industry is required. 
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives and quotas. 
  • Successful experience with new account development and/or large account management. 
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills. 
  • High levels of social perceptiveness with a passion for understanding and exceeding client expectations. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.

Project Overview

Our client's Component Central Operations (CCO) organization supports Silicon and Optical operations by driving end-to-end process improvement and digital transformation across the Components business.

The team uses Monday.com as its primary platform to manage transformation initiatives and operational programs across the organization.

We are seeking a hands-on Monday.com Administrator to support the ongoing configuration, customization, and optimization of the platform. This individual will work closely with the PMO team to maintain and enhance a large enterprise environment that supports 400+ users and over 900 project boards.

The ideal candidate is someone who actively works in Monday.com today and can provide tactical support, troubleshooting, and configuration improvements to help optimize how the platform functions across the organization.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Monday.com

  • Recent and active experience working in Monday.com environments

LEASING INTAKE COORDINATOR (REAL ESTATE) – REMOTE PST/CST


The Select Group is supporting a Fortune 5 hyperscaler and technology company in the telecommunications industry that is seeking a Leasing Intake Coordinator to join their growing Leasing Asset Management team.

As a Leasing Intake Coordinator, you will manage incoming site opportunities and ensure they are properly logged and tracked within the intake pipeline. You will track and organize business development leads while supporting Strategic Negotiators throughout the early stages of the leasing process. In this role, you will handle large volumes of intake data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across internal systems. You will also coordinate documentation and help facilitate internal approval processes to keep opportunities moving forward.

This role focuses heavily on early-stage site pipeline management, helping ensure potential site opportunities are efficiently captured, organized, and advanced through the intake process while supporting the Leasing & Partnerships team in identifying and evaluating new site opportunities in a fully remote, long-term engagement.

Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Supply/Demand Planner to support their Services Supply Chain team. This role will focus on ensuring inventory availability for global service operations within a major hardware product line.
The planner will analyze demand signals, inventory levels, and supply availability to develop weekly supply plans that ensure service demand is met while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze weekly supply and demand signals to develop and maintain supply plans that support global service operations
  • Review actuals vs forecasts to identify supply risks, demand shifts, and inventory gaps

The Select Group is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join the team at one of our healthcare clients in the Chapel Hill, NC area. 
The client is a large health system located in North Carolina.  This Desktop Support Technician consultant will be responsible for going into the newly opened surgical tower to help work on and deploy workstations, monitors, printers, labels, etc.  This consultant will work with many other consultants, as well as full-time employees, to get the hardware up and running.
Must Have Skills:
  • Technical hardware knowledge
  • Experience with printers, workstations, barcode labels, monitors, etc
  • Troubleshooting
  • Connecting workstations/devices to printers
Nice to Have Skills:
